We had a blast celebrating the end of the year with our annual Project MORE fiesta ! Thank you to our student leaders: Mario, Di, and Tanya for helping to provide and plan the fiesta. And special thanks to Mr. DeSantis and his famous smash burgers always a hit!
School Photos - Escape Room
Project MORE's Family Engagement Team hosted a curriculum night for Math and Science - with a graduation theme! Families and students had to unlock the escape room problems by using science, math, and their own knowledge about the path to graduation. The prize was pizza! Parents took home a handout all about how to help students succeed in math and science to ensure they earn the credits they need on the path to graduation.

School Photos - Resource Fair
It was an evening filled with fun, information and food at the Project MORE and Teenage Parent Program Resource Fair on September 24! Pima Community College, the Tucson Public Library, Pima County Health Department, Voter Registration, District 5, the Army and TPD (to name just a few) joined forces with TUSD student services to make this a meaningful event for families and students. Visitors discovered new career paths and valuable public resources.

Project MORE students had a special view of the eclipse as it happened on April 8. Emily Wall is a teacher at Project MORE and she invited her father Tom Wall to share his passion for astronomy and his telescope with their students.
